With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, operations, healthcare administration, and insurance, Tiffany brings a unique combination of leadership, industry knowledge, and personalized service to every client interaction. Her background includes working for major organizations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and UniCare, where she served as an underwriter and an auditor, as well as Zurich Insurance Group, where she worked as a Group Underwriting Administrative Assistant. These experiences gave her extensive knowledge of health insurance operations, underwriting processes, compliance, and customer support.
Before transitioning fully into the insurance brokerage field, Tiffany also held leadership roles with ALDI USA, where she managed teams and large-scale operational initiatives. Her diverse professional background allows her to understand insurance from multiple perspectives — both behind the scenes and from the client’s point of view.
After earning her Illinois Life & Health Insurance License, Tiffany is focused her career on helping individuals and families navigate Medicare, health insurance, and life insurance options with confidence and clarity.
